Knights baseball thrown a curve ball

By Murray Ruggiero III, Student Reporter

Winter weather in March has affected Central Penn College’s baseball team. The team has not played a single baseball game since March 2. The team’s next game is set to be against Vaughn College in a single game March 24.

It is very hard for a team to take over 22 days off from playing and be able to stay hot. The baseball team has practiced anyway possible to stay up with their skills with indoor practices.

Over term break the Knights will play 14 games against top competition. Fourteen games in 14 days is something the Knights will need to get used to with 10 of their games postponed or canceled due to this winter weather.

If you are around over term break come and support the Knights! They will be playing home games March 28, 29 and 31, as well as April 8. The home games are played at Veterans Park in Harrisburg, Pa.

The Knights are ready to go March 24 when they take on Vaughn College in a home game. Please come show your support.
