Baseball: Rough start for the Knights

Visiting Central Penn dropped three games to Penn State Brandywine over the weekend in Media, Pa. On Saturday––the season opener––the Knights were in a tight, 2–0 game after five innings before Brandywine exploded for 11 runs in the sixth. The home team added four more in the seventh for a 17–0 victory.

On Sunday, Brandywine swept a doubleheader against the Knights, 6–3 and 7–1. Central Penn’s Connor Graham had two hits in both games.

The Knights have a little time off before facing Penn State Schuylkill in a home doubleheader on Wednesday, March 27. First game starts at 2 p.m.
